Terms of service
Effective Date: [02/22/2022]
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the House of Huda website, services and products.
Throughout these Terms, the words “House of Huda,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to House of Huda. The words “customer,” “you” and “your” refer to any person who visits our website, places an order, purchases a product, requests a service or otherwise interacts with House of Huda.
By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting payment, requesting stitching or customization, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in them, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Product Disclaimer.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing from House of Huda.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products or services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website or placing an order, you represent that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence;
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement;
- The information you provide is accurate, complete and current; and
- You will use our website and products only for lawful purposes.
A parent or legal guardian must place orders on behalf of a minor.
You may not use our website or services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or unauthorized purposes.
2. INCORPORATED POLICIES
The following policies are incorporated into and form part of these Terms:
- Return and Refund Policy;
- Shipping Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Product Disclaimer;
- Stitching or Customization Policy, when applicable;
- Any material terms displayed on the applicable product page; and
- Any written terms expressly accepted by the customer during checkout.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to review these policies before submitting payment.
If a product-specific term conflicts with a general term, the more specific term applicable to that product or service will control.
No employee, representative, text message, social-media message or informal conversation may modify these Terms unless the modification is expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized House of Huda representative.
3. PRODUCT CATEGORIES
House of Huda may offer several categories of merchandise, including:
- Ready-to-ship products;
- Preorder products;
- Unstitched products;
- Stitched products;
- Made-to-order products;
- Custom-sized or customized products;
- Sale, clearance or outlet products; and
- Products sourced from independent designers or manufacturers.
Different processing times, cancellation rights and return conditions may apply to different product categories.
The category and terms shown on the applicable product page at the time of purchase form part of the customer’s order.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have finally accepted the order.
House of Huda reserves the right to accept, decline, hold or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:
- A product is unavailable;
- A listing contains a material pricing or description error;
- Payment cannot be verified;
- The shipping information appears incomplete or inaccurate;
- The order presents a fraud or chargeback risk;
- The requested customization cannot reasonably be completed;
- The quantity ordered appears intended for unauthorized resale;
- The customer has engaged in abusive, threatening or fraudulent conduct; or
- Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or these Terms.
When House of Huda cancels an order before fulfillment, any amount properly due back to the customer will be returned in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.
We may limit purchase quantities on particular products or orders.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. A price change does not apply retroactively to an order already accepted, unless the original price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.
Customers are responsible for:
- The product price;
- Applicable sales tax;
- Shipping charges;
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Brokerage charges;
- International transaction fees; and
- Any other amount disclosed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method;
- The billing information is accurate;
- The payment is not being submitted fraudulently; and
- You authorize House of Huda and its payment processors to charge the total displayed at checkout.
Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Promotions have no cash value and may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed.
6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, photographs, videos and designer campaign images may be affected by:
- Studio lighting;
- Natural lighting;
- Photography and editing;
- Screen and device settings;
- Styling;
- Model sizing;
- Tailoring;
- Fabric draping;
- Dye lots;
- Production batches; and
- The placement of embroidery or embellishments.
Colors and textures may therefore appear somewhat different in person.
Designer campaign images and modeled photographs are visual references. Accessories, jewelry, footwear, undershirts, trousers, linings, slips, styling pieces or other items shown in photographs are not included unless the product description expressly states that they are included.
Customers must review the written product description to determine what is included.
Minor differences that do not materially change the identity or intended use of the product are not automatically considered misrepresentation or defect.
7. DESIGNER AND MANUFACTURER PRODUCTS
House of Huda carries merchandise sourced from independent designers, brands, suppliers and manufacturers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, House of Huda does not manufacture the original unstitched fabric or designer collection.
Designer or manufacturer production processes may determine:
- Fabric composition;
- Dye lots;
- Embroidery methods;
- Embellishment placement;
- Packaging;
- Labels;
- Production schedules; and
- Minor finishing characteristics.
House of Huda does not substitute an advertised designer product with an unauthorized replica. When House of Huda provides stitching or customization for original designer fabric, the completed garment may include a House of Huda stitching, sizing or service label identifying the party that performed the stitching.
House of Huda remains responsible for reviewing legitimate reports of materially incorrect products or qualifying defects under its applicable policies.
8. DELICATE EMBROIDERY, HANDWORK AND EMBELLISHMENTS
Many products sold by House of Huda contain delicate materials and workmanship, including:
- Machine embroidery;
- Hand embroidery;
- Beads;
- Sequins;
- Crystals;
- Stones;
- Pearls;
- Metallic thread;
- Appliqué;
- Cutwork;
- Lace;
- Tassels; and
- Hand-applied embellishments.
Because these garments may be produced in collections, handled during stitching and transported internationally, minor finishing characteristics may naturally occur.
Unless substantial enough to materially impair the product, the following are not ordinarily considered manufacturing defects:
- Loose, extended or untrimmed embroidery threads;
- Thread ends visible on the reverse or interior of embroidered panels;
- Tailoring, overlocking or machine-embroidery thread ends;
- Minor irregularities in embroidery or handwork;
- Slight differences in motif or embellishment placement;
- Minor displacement or loss of a limited number of beads, sequins, pearls, stones or similar embellishments;
- Visible knots, backing or threadwork on the interior;
- Removable chalk, tracing or tailoring marks;
- Unfinished edges on unstitched material;
- Slight pulls or movement in chiffon, net, organza, tissue, lace, silk or similarly delicate materials;
- Minor dye, texture, weave or sheen variations; and
- Reasonable variations associated with handcrafted or bulk-produced garments.
Unstitched embroidered panels are intended to undergo cutting, trimming, securing, lining and finishing during the stitching process. An unstitched panel may therefore look different from the completed garment shown in a designer campaign.
Nothing in this section excludes a genuinely substantial manufacturing defect or an incorrect item.
Additional information is contained in our Product Disclaimer and Return and Refund Policy.
9. GARMENT CARE
Customers are responsible for following all care instructions.
Unless the applicable product specifically states otherwise, embroidered, embellished, formal and delicate garments should be handled carefully and professionally dry-cleaned.
House of Huda is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by:
- Washing;
- Soaking;
- Machine drying;
- Improper dry cleaning;
- Direct ironing over embroidery or embellishments;
- Perfume, deodorant, makeup or chemicals;
- Snagging or friction;
- Improper storage;
- Alterations performed by another party;
- Wear and tear;
- Failure to follow care instructions; or
- Attempted repair by the customer or another person.
A product that has been washed, worn, altered, repaired or damaged after delivery may be ineligible for return or defect review.
10. SIZING AND FIT
Sizing may differ between designers, brands, garment styles and production batches.
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing the size chart provided;
- Reading the product measurements;
- Comparing those measurements with their own body or garment measurements;
- Allowing room based on preferred fit; and
- Contacting House of Huda before ordering when sizing clarification is needed.
A size label does not guarantee that every garment bearing the same label will have identical measurements.
Reasonable measurement tolerances may occur because garments are cut, stitched or finished individually.
Fit preference, including a preference for a looser, tighter, longer or shorter fit, is not automatically a product defect.
11. STITCHING, CUSTOMIZATION AND ALTERATIONS
When House of Huda provides stitching, made-to-measure, custom sizing or alteration services, the customer is responsible for supplying complete and accurate measurements and instructions.
The customer acknowledges that:
- Measurements supplied by the customer will be relied upon;
- House of Huda is not responsible for fit problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated measurements;
- Body measurements and preferred garment measurements are not always the same;
- Reasonable tailoring tolerances may occur;
- Pattern placement may change when unstitched fabric is cut and assembled;
- A stitched garment may drape differently from a designer campaign image;
- Custom requests may be limited by the available fabric, embroidery placement and garment construction; and
- Once fabric has been cut or stitching has begun, the product generally cannot be restored to its original condition.
Custom-stitched, made-to-order, altered or personalized products are final sale except in the case of a verified substantial workmanship error attributable to House of Huda or as otherwise required by law.
Requests to change measurements or design instructions are not effective unless House of Huda confirms the requested change in writing before cutting or stitching begins.
Additional fees and processing time may apply to approved changes.
12. PREORDERS
A preorder is an order placed for merchandise that is not immediately available for delivery.
Preorder merchandise may be sourced, reserved, produced or stitched in reliance on the customer’s purchase.
Any availability, processing, dispatch or delivery date shown for a preorder is a good-faith estimate rather than a guaranteed date, unless House of Huda expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
Preorders may experience delays caused by circumstances including:
- Designer production schedules;
- Manufacturer delays;
- Fabric or embellishment availability;
- Quality-control review;
- Stitching;
- Customs;
- International transit;
- Carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Holidays;
- Government action;
- Labor disruptions; or
- Other circumstances outside House of Huda’s reasonable control.
The processing period displayed on the applicable product page or preorder notice at the time of purchase will control.
A cancellation request for a preorder is governed by the cancellation provisions in our Return and Refund Policy.
Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that the cancellation has been approved.
13. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
A cancellation request is not effective until House of Huda expressly approves it in writing.
Sending an email, text message, voicemail, social-media message, website message or payment dispute does not automatically cancel an order.
Unless and until cancellation is confirmed, House of Huda may continue sourcing, processing, stitching, packing or shipping the order.
Cancellation eligibility depends on:
- The product category;
- When the request was submitted;
- Whether sourcing or processing has begun;
- Whether the product has been reserved;
- Whether fabric has been cut;
- Whether stitching or customization has begun;
- Whether a shipping label has been created; and
- The provisions of our Return and Refund Policy.
Ready-to-ship orders may enter fulfillment shortly after purchase and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Preorder, customized, altered and made-to-order products may become noncancelable once processing has begun.
House of Huda’s Return and Refund Policy contains the definitive cancellation rules applicable to purchases.
14. PERSONAL EVENT DATES
Customers are responsible for ordering sufficiently in advance of:
- Weddings;
- Eid or other holidays;
- Parties;
- Travel;
- Photoshoots;
- Religious events;
- School events; and
- Other time-sensitive occasions.
A customer-provided event date is accepted for informational purposes only.
An event date does not create a guaranteed delivery obligation unless House of Huda expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed delivery service or guaranteed date.
House of Huda is not responsible for personal expenses, replacement purchases, missed events, travel costs or other indirect losses caused by a delay.
A customer’s event passing, plans changing or decision to purchase another outfit does not automatically create a right to cancel or return an otherwise conforming order.
15. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, source, stitch, inspect or package an order. Shipping time begins after the carrier accepts the package.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:
- Name;
- Shipping address;
- Apartment or suite number;
- Email address; and
- Telephone number.
House of Huda is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
An address-change request is not effective unless confirmed by House of Huda before fulfillment.
Delivery is ordinarily considered completed when the carrier records the package as delivered to the shipping address supplied at checkout, subject to credible evidence of carrier error.
Customers should promptly inspect tracking information and contact both the carrier and House of Huda when a package appears lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Additional shipping terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.
16. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported into their country.
The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other government or carrier charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
House of Huda does not control customs processing and cannot guarantee how quickly customs authorities will release a shipment.
Refusal to pay customs charges, failure to collect a package or rejection of an international delivery does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
Any approved credit or refund may be reduced by:
- Original shipping charges;
- Customs charges paid by House of Huda;
- Return-to-sender fees;
- Carrier fees;
- Handling expenses; and
- Restocking fees permitted under the applicable policy.
17. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
All returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credits and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy in effect when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchasing.
A return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved.
Merchandise sent back without written authorization may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
To remain eligible for review, merchandise may be required to be:
- Unworn;
- Unused;
- Unwashed;
- Unaltered;
- Free from fragrance, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair and signs of wear;
- Accompanied by all original packaging and accessories; and
- Returned with all tags and security attachments intact.
Products that are excluded from return under the Return and Refund Policy remain final sale.
Original shipping charges and customer-paid return shipping are nonrefundable unless the applicable policy expressly provides otherwise.
House of Huda reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit or refund.
18. INCORRECT, MISSING OR MATERIALLY DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Customers must inspect their orders promptly after delivery.
Reports of an incorrect item, missing item or material manufacturing defect must be submitted within the reporting period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
The customer may be required to provide:
- The order number;
- Clear photographs of the full front and back of the item;
- Close-up photographs of the reported issue;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- An unedited video showing the complete item; and
- Other reasonable information needed to review the claim.
The product must not be worn, washed, altered, stitched further, repaired or damaged while the claim is under review.
House of Huda may require the product to be returned for physical inspection.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable policy, House of Huda may offer:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Exchange;
- Store credit; or
- Refund to the original payment method.
A customer’s preferred remedy is not guaranteed when another reasonable remedy is available.
Minor characteristics described in the Product Disclaimer and Section 8 of these Terms are not ordinarily considered material defects.
19. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Refusing delivery, failing to collect a package or returning merchandise without authorization does not automatically cancel the transaction.
When an order is returned to House of Huda because of refusal, noncollection, an inaccurate address, unpaid customs charges or another customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping;
- Return shipping;
- Carrier charges;
- Customs charges;
- Handling expenses;
- Reshipment expenses; and
- Any applicable restocking fee.
House of Huda may require payment of reshipment charges before sending the package again.
Any credit or refund approved under these circumstances may be reduced by the costs reasonably incurred by House of Huda.
20. STORE CREDIT
When store credit is approved, it:
- Is issued to the original customer;
- May be associated with the original customer’s email address;
- Has no cash value;
- Cannot be transferred or resold;
- Cannot be redeemed for cash;
- May be subject to an expiration period disclosed in the Return and Refund Policy; and
- May not be combined with other promotions unless expressly allowed.
Store credit obtained fraudulently or through policy abuse may be cancelled.
21. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Customers are encouraged to contact House of Huda and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve an order concern before initiating a payment dispute.
When responding to a chargeback, payment dispute or fraud inquiry, House of Huda may provide relevant information to payment processors, card networks, financial institutions and other authorized parties, including:
- Order records;
- Checkout information;
- Policy disclosures;
- Evidence of policy acceptance;
- Customer communications;
- Product descriptions;
- Photographs and videos;
- Shipping and tracking records;
- Delivery confirmation;
- Return instructions;
- Inspection findings;
- Fraud-screening information; and
- Other evidence reasonably related to the transaction.
A chargeback does not itself cancel an order, authorize a return or permit a customer to retain merchandise without payment.
When merchandise must be returned as part of resolving a dispute, the customer remains responsible for preserving and returning it according to the applicable instructions.
House of Huda reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers associated with fraudulent disputes, repeated policy abuse, threats, harassment or unpaid merchandise.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or card-network rules.
22. FRAUD, ABUSE AND RESALE
You may not:
- Place an order using unauthorized payment information;
- Falsely claim that an item was not received;
- Falsely claim that an authentic product is counterfeit;
- Alter or damage a product for the purpose of obtaining a refund;
- Submit fabricated photographs, videos or documents;
- Return a different item from the one purchased;
- Engage in return fraud;
- Abuse promotional codes;
- Interfere with website security;
- Scrape or copy website content without authorization;
- Harass or threaten House of Huda employees or representatives; or
- Use the website for unlawful commercial activity.
House of Huda may preserve records, restrict access, cancel orders, refuse future service and report suspected fraud to payment processors, carriers, financial institutions or appropriate authorities.
Products purchased for personal use may not be represented as being sold by, affiliated with or authorized by House of Huda without written permission.
23. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
Customers must provide a valid email address and telephone number.
House of Huda may contact customers regarding:
- Order confirmation;
- Payment;
- Fraud verification;
- Product availability;
- Measurements;
- Customization;
- Shipping;
- Returns;
- Customer-service inquiries; and
- Other transactional matters.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the contact information provided at checkout, including spam or junk folders.
Failure to respond may delay processing or fulfillment.
Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent requirements and our Privacy Policy.
24. REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion or other content to House of Huda, you represent that:
- You own or have permission to submit it;
- It does not violate another person’s rights;
- It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive or obscene; and
- It does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising.
Unless you expressly state otherwise in writing, you grant House of Huda a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, edit and use submitted reviews or product-related content for legitimate business and marketing purposes.
House of Huda is not required to publish every submission and may remove content that violates these Terms.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from expressing an honest opinion or submitting a lawful complaint.
25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original content, including its:
- Text;
- Branding;
- Logos;
- Graphics;
- Page design;
- Product descriptions;
- Original photography;
- Videos;
- Marketing materials; and
- Compilation of content
are owned by or licensed to House of Huda and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Designer-owned photographs, trademarks and campaign materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may access the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, frame or commercially exploit website content without written authorization from House of Huda or the applicable rights holder.
26. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:
- Shopify;
- Payment processors;
- Shipping carriers;
- Social-media platforms;
- Analytics providers;
- Advertising services; and
- External websites.
House of Huda does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, omissions, terms, privacy practices or service interruptions.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms imposed by those providers.
27. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS
We strive to maintain accurate and reliable website information, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The website may occasionally contain:
- Typographical errors;
- Pricing errors;
- Inventory errors;
- Outdated availability;
- Incomplete descriptions; or
- Technical issues.
House of Huda may correct an error, update information or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
This section does not permit House of Huda to intentionally misrepresent a product or avoid obligations imposed by applicable law.
28. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis.
House of Huda does not guarantee that:
- The website will always be uninterrupted;
- Every technical error will be corrected immediately;
- The website will be free from all harmful components;
- Every product will remain available; or
- A product will satisfy a customer’s undisclosed personal preference or event requirement.
Products are subject to any express warranties or remedies stated in the applicable product description and House of Huda policies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, House of Huda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, delay of an order or purchase of a product.
This includes, where legally permitted:
- Loss of use;
- Loss of opportunity;
- Missed events;
- Replacement outfit costs;
- Travel expenses;
- Lost profits;
- Emotional distress; and
- Other indirect or consequential damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Huda’s total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to House of Huda for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct or other rights protected by applicable law.
30. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Huda and its owners, employees, contractors and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the website;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of another person’s rights;
- Fraudulent activity conducted through your account; or
- Content you submit to House of Huda.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify House of Huda for House of Huda’s own unlawful conduct.
31. PRIVACY
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that internet transmissions and third-party services may involve security risks outside House of Huda’s complete control.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized account activity.
32. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION
House of Huda may restrict or terminate access to its services when a user:
- Materially violates these Terms;
- Engages in fraud or abuse;
- Threatens or harasses staff;
- Interferes with website security;
- Repeatedly violates purchasing policies; or
- Uses the website unlawfully.
Termination does not eliminate obligations arising before termination, including outstanding payment, return or dispute obligations.
33. FORCE MAJEURE
House of Huda will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters;
- Severe weather;
- Fire;
- Flood;
- War;
- Terrorism;
- Civil unrest;
- Epidemics or public-health emergencies;
- Government action;
- Customs delays;
- Port closures;
- Carrier disruption;
- Labor disputes;
- Utility failures;
- Internet outages;
- Supplier or designer interruptions; and
- Shortages of materials or transportation.
House of Huda will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and resume performance when reasonably possible.
34. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the website, services or purchases from House of Huda will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent legally permitted, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or a House of Huda transaction must be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.
Nothing in this section eliminates any nonwaivable consumer right or permits either party to bring a claim in a court that lacks legal jurisdiction.
35. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
36. NO WAIVER
House of Huda’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must be expressly confirmed in writing by House of Huda.
37. ASSIGNMENT
Customers may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from House of Huda.
House of Huda may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
38. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the incorporated policies and product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and House of Huda concerning the applicable website use or transaction.
They replace prior general discussions or communications concerning the same subject, except for a specific written commitment expressly made by an authorized House of Huda representative.
39. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
House of Huda may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law allows otherwise. The terms in effect when a customer places an order will generally govern that transaction.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use and transactions.
